An individual placed with your company on a Temporary basis would remain on Teamrecruiter.com’s payroll for the given “Length of Assignment” and your company is billed by the hour. The billing rate would cover all recruiting expenses, as well as payroll costs, vacation pay and holiday pay.

An individual placed with your company on a temp-to-perm basis would remain on Teamrecruiter.com’s payroll for a given “Length of Assignment” and then be transferred onto your payroll permanently. This arrangement allows you to observe the individual at work and assess whether they are completely suitable before taking them on to your payroll. Under a temp-to-perm arrangement, clients are billed for all holidays during the temp period.

This fee schedule applies when a client hires any candidate referred by Teamrecruiter.com within a twelve months of the initial introduction. Referring any candidate to a third party renders the original client liable for the payment of a placement fee. This fee will be based on the first year's salary and/or commission estimated.
