Sales Administrator - Job Description

Purpose:

You will support our sales department with all administrative duties, sales enquiries and marketing initiatives. You are energetic, action oriented, and can work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers with daily duties and act as administrative support
  • Perform general administrative duties for the office
  • Initiate initial contact with prospective clients
  • Prepare business proposals for potential clients
  • Assist with existing business

Requirements:

  • Post secondary education (preferably in business/marketing)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  • Capability to prioritize and use your own initiative
  • Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point and outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism in English and French an asset
