Teamrecruiter.com shall not use or permit others to use confidential information for any purpose other than evaluating and implementing the Project for which such information was disclosed or such other purpose as has been approved in writing. Teamrecruiter.com agrees:
(i) on its own behalf not to disclose, disseminate or use the confidential information other than as permitted by the employer/client, and
(ii) to cause its directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, consultants and other representatives not to disclose, disseminate or use the confidential information other than as permitted by the employer/client. Teamrecruiter.com shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any hardware or software provided or disclosed to it and shall not remove, overprint or deface any notice of copyright, trademark, logo, legend or other notice of ownership from any originals or copies of confidential Information that it obtains or makes.
